Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $10 million for information leading to the disruption of financial mechanisms of the terrorist organization Hamas, also known as Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiya.
Muhammad Ahmad ‘Abd Al-Dayim Nasrallah is a longtime Hamas operative based in Qatar with close ties to Iranian entities. He has been involved in the transfer of tens of millions of dollars to Hamas, including to Hamas’s military wing, the Izz al-Din al-Qassim Brigades.
On October 18, 2023, the U.S. Department of the Treasury designated Nasrallah as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) under Executive Order 13224, as amended. That designation blocks the assets of foreign individuals and entities that commit, or pose a significant risk of committing, acts of terrorism. In addition, the Order authorizes the U.S. government to block the assets of individuals and entities that provide support, services, or assistance to, or otherwise associate with, terrorists and terrorist organizations designated under the Order, as well as their subsidiaries, front organizations, agents, and associates.
