Sutay, Kolombiya, K\u00fcba ve Norve\u00e7 h\u00fck\u00fcmet \u00fcyeleri ve K\u0131z\u0131lha\u00e7’\u0131n Uluslararas\u0131 Komitesi \u00fcyelerinden olu\u015fan bir heyete ancak 27 Ekim 2013 tarihinde teslim edilmi\u015ftir.
