Hizbullah, 1992’de Arjantin’deki \u0130srail B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ili\u011fi’ne yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131lardan ve 1994’te Buenos Aires’teki Arjantin Yahudi Yard\u0131mla\u015fma Derne\u011fi’ne yap\u0131lan bomba sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131ndan \u0130ran’la birlikte sorumlu tutulmaktad\u0131r. Hizbullah militanlar\u0131 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bulgaristan’da bir intihar sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenlemi\u015flerdir. Kolluk kuvvetleri, Hizbullah’\u0131n Azerbaycan, K\u0131br\u0131s, M\u0131s\u0131r, Kuveyt, Nijerya, Peru ve Tayland gibi \u00fclkelerde planlamakta oldu\u011fu ter\u00f6rist sald\u0131r\u0131 ve komplo giri\u015fimlerini engellemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n
8 Ekim 1997’de ABD D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Hizbullah’\u0131 G\u00f6\u00e7menlik ve Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k Yasas\u0131’n\u0131n 219. maddesi uyar\u0131nca Yabanc\u0131 Ter\u00f6r \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc olarak tan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha sonra, 31 Ekim 2001’de ABD Hazine Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Hizbullah’\u0131, 13224 say\u0131l\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f \u015fekliyle Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k Kararnamesi uyar\u0131nca \u00d6zel Olarak Belirlenmi\u015f K\u00fcresel Ter\u00f6rist olarak tan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun sonucunda, Hizbullah’\u0131n ABD yarg\u0131s\u0131na tabi olan t\u00fcm mal varl\u0131k ve gelirlerine bloke konulup ABD vatanda\u015f\u0131 ve sakinlerinin Hizbullah ile herhangi bir i\u015flem yapmas\u0131 yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
