Murder of Americans.
RFJ paid a reward to an individual who provided information that led to the arrest of Mir Aimal Kansi, a gunman who shot and killed two employees and wounded three others on their way to work at Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Headquarters on January 5, 1993.

Kansi attacked without warning or provocation, shooting his AK-47 assault rifle into cars waiting at a stoplight in front of Central Intelligence Agency headquarters.
Kansi fled the United States immediately after the attack and was a fugitive until he was captured on June 15, 1997 in Punjab province of Pakistan. He was returned to the United States to stand trial.
On November 10, 1997, Kansi was convicted by a jury in Fairfax, Virginia, for the murder of the two CIA employees. Kansi was executed on November 14, 2002.
