About

Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information on U.S. citizen and al-Qa’ida supporter Jaber A. Elbaneh.

In 2001, Elbaneh and six other individuals from Lackawanna, New York, attended the al-Qa’ida-affiliated al-Farouq terrorist training camp near Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Elbaneh, who is also known as Jaben A. Elbanelt and Abu Jubaer Elbaneh, subsequently relocated to Yemen, where he remains at-large.

In 2002, U.S. authorities indicted Elbaneh on charges of providing, and conspiring to provide, material support to al-Qa’ida, a U.S.-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
