Rage \u00e9 um dos principais l\u00edderes e porta-voz da al-Shabaab, uma Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Terrorista Estrangeira designada pelos EUA. Rage esteve envolvido no planejamento de ataques terroristas no Qu\u00eania e na Som\u00e1lia para o grupo. Ele se tornou o principal porta-voz do al-Shabaab em maio de 2009. Em 6 de agosto de 2021, de acordo com a Ordem Executiva 13224 e suas altera\u00e7\u00f5es, o Departamento do Estado dos EUA classificou Rage como Terrorista Global Especialmente Designado.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
