Wali \u00e9 o l\u00edder do Jamaat ul-Ahrar (JuA), uma fac\u00e7\u00e3o militante afiliada ao Tehrik-e Taliban Paquistan (TTP), uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o classificada pelos EUA como Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Terrorista Estrangeira.
