Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $500,000 for information on Tahil Sali, a commander in the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), which has conducted terrorist attacks.

On September 29, 2009, an MNLF-placed explosive device blew up a convoy of military vehicles on Jolo Island, Philippines. The blast killed two U.S. Army soldiers and an Armed Forces of the Philippines soldier who were part of a humanitarian mission to construct a school in the area. On May 21, 2010, the Philippine 9th Judicial Region issued a warrant of arrest for Tahil Sali for his role in the attack.
