Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information on the 2003 residential compound bombings in the Saudi capital. On May 12, 2003, at least 15 assailants attacked three residential compounds in suburban Riyadh. After breaching manned security barriers, the attackers detonated car bombs in the compounds, killing 35 people, including nine Americans, and injuring nearly 200 others. The targeted facilities employed and housed a large number of Westerners, specifically U.S. and British citizens. Al-Qa’ida organized and coordinated the attack.
