Le 29 septembre 2009, un engin explosif plac\u00e9 par le MNLF a fait sauter un convoi de v\u00e9hicules militaires sur l’\u00eele de Jolo, aux Philippines. L’explosion a tu\u00e9 deux soldats de l’arm\u00e9e am\u00e9ricaine et un soldat des Forces arm\u00e9es des Philippines qui faisaient partie d’une mission humanitaire visant \u00e0 construire une \u00e9cole dans la r\u00e9gion.
