R\u00e9compenses pour la Justice offre une r\u00e9compense de jusqu’\u00e0 5 millions de dollars pour toute information sur Husayn Muhammed al-Umari, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de Hussein Mohammed al-Umari et Abu Ibrahim. Al-Umari est recherch\u00e9 pour son r\u00f4le dans l’attentat \u00e0 la bombe du vol Pan Am 830 en 1982. Al-Umari est un expert en fabrication de bombes et un ancien chef du groupe terroriste de l’Organisation du 15 mai. <\/p>\n\n
Le 11 ao\u00fbt 1982, une bombe, dont on pense qu’elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue et fabriqu\u00e9e par Al-Umari, a explos\u00e9 sur le vol Pan Am 830 avec 267 passagers et membres d’\u00e9quipage \u00e0 bord, alors qu’il reliait Tokyo (Japon) \u00e0 Honolulu (Hawa\u00ef). L’explosion a tu\u00e9 un passager de 16 ans et en a bless\u00e9 16 autres. Al-Umari a \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis avec deux autres personnes en relation avec l’attentat. Le gouvernement fran\u00e7ais a \u00e9galement inculp\u00e9 Al-Umari pour les attentats \u00e0 la bombe de 1985 contre le grand magasin Marks & Spencer et la banque Leumi.<\/p>\n\n
Al-Umari poss\u00e8de un passeport libanais et pourrait r\u00e9sider en Irak ou au Liban. Il figure sur la liste des terroristes les plus recherch\u00e9s du FBI.
