Bayik est un membre du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, un dirigeant principal et un membre fondateur du Parti des travailleurs du Kurdistan (PKK), \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de Kongra-Gel. Le PKK est une Organisation Terroriste \u00c9trang\u00e8re ou Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO), d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par les Etats-Unis.<\/p>\n\n
Le 20 avril 2011, le d\u00e9partement du Tr\u00e9sor des \u00c9tats-Unis a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Bayik comme un Trafiquant de Stup\u00e9fiants Sp\u00e9cialement D\u00e9sign\u00e9 ou Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker (SDNK) en vertu de la loi sur la d\u00e9signation des barons des stup\u00e9fiants \u00e9trangers (Kingpin Act).<\/p>\n\n
