Mohammad Ibrahim Bazzi, qui op\u00e8re ou fait des affaires en Belgique, au Liban, en Irak et dans plusieurs pays d’Afrique de l’Ouest, est un financier cl\u00e9 du Hezbollah. Bazzi a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 des millions de dollars pour le Hezbollah gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s commerciales. <\/p>\n\n
Bazzi poss\u00e8de ou contr\u00f4le Global Trading Group NV, Euro African Group LTD, Africa Middle East Investment Holding SAL, Premier Investment Group SAL Offshore, et Car Escort Services S.A.L. Off Shore, qui sont toutes des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sanctionn\u00e9es par les \u00c9tats-Unis par le biais desquelles Bazzi a fourni des millions de dollars au Hezbollah. \n<\/p>\n\n
Le 17 mai 2018, le d\u00e9partement du Tr\u00e9sor des \u00c9tats-Unis a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Mohammad Ibrahim Bazzi comme un Terroriste Mondial Sp\u00e9cialement D\u00e9sign\u00e9 en vertu de l’Ordre Ex\u00e9cutif 13224, tel qu’amend\u00e9. En raison de cette d\u00e9signation, entre autres cons\u00e9quences, tous les biens et int\u00e9r\u00eats sur les biens de Bazzi soumis \u00e0 la juridiction des \u00c9tats-Unis sont bloqu\u00e9s, et il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement interdit aux personnes am\u00e9ricaines d’effectuer des transactions avec Bazzi.
