R\u00e9compenses pour la Justice offre une r\u00e9compense de jusqu’\u00e0 3 millions de dollars pour toute information sur Maalim Salman, un leader cl\u00e9 d’al-Shabaab, une organisation terroriste \u00e9trang\u00e8re (Foreign Terrorist Organization , FTO) d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par les \u00c9tats-Unis. Le chef d\u00e9funt d’al-Shabaab, Ahmed Abdi Godane, a choisi Salman pour diriger les combattants terroristes \u00e9trangers africains d’al-Shabaab. \u00c9galement connu sous les noms de Maalim Salman Ali et Ameer Salman, Salman a \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans des op\u00e9rations bas\u00e9es en Afrique visant des touristes, des \u00e9tablissements de divertissement et des \u00e9glises.
