R\u00e9compenses pour LA Justice offre une r\u00e9compense de jusqu’\u00e0 5 millions de dollars pour toute information sur Murat Karayilan, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de Cemal. Karayilan est un haut dirigeant du Parti des travailleurs du Kurdistan (PKK) et le chef des Forces de d\u00e9fense du peuple du PKK, la branche militaire du groupe. Le PKK est une organisation terroriste \u00e9trang\u00e8re d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par les \u00c9tats-Unis. <\/p>\n\n
Le 14 octobre 2009, le d\u00e9partement du Tr\u00e9sor des \u00c9tats-Unis a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Karayilan comme un important narco-trafiquant \u00e9tranger conform\u00e9ment au Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act (Kingpin Act).
