Harb est un proche conseiller de Hassan Nasrallah, chef du Hezbollah, organisation terroriste \u00e9trang\u00e8re (Foreign Terrorist Organization , FTO) d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par les \u00c9tats-Unis, et a servi de principal agent de liaison militaire du groupe avec les organisations terroristes iraniennes et palestiniennes. Harb a command\u00e9 et supervis\u00e9 les op\u00e9rations militaires du Hezbollah dans les territoires palestiniens et dans plusieurs pays du Moyen-Orient.
