Ansar al-Dine (AAD) a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de 2011. \u00c0 la suite du coup d’\u00c9tat de mars 2012 qui a renvers\u00e9 le gouvernement malien, AAD a fait partie des organisations qui ont pris le contr\u00f4le du nord du Mali, d\u00e9truit des sites class\u00e9s au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO et appliqu\u00e9 une interpr\u00e9tation s\u00e9v\u00e8re de la charia dans les zones sous son contr\u00f4le. En 2017, l’AAD a rejoint Jama’at Nasr al-Islam wal Muslimin (JNIM), une nouvelle coalition de groupes align\u00e9s sur Al-Qa\u00efda, dirig\u00e9e par le leader de l’AAD, Iyad ag-Ghali.<\/p>\n\n
Le 22 mars 2013, le D\u00e9partement d’\u00c9tat am\u00e9ricain a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 l’AAD en tant qu’organisation terroriste \u00e9trang\u00e8re en vertu de l’article 219 de la loi sur l’immigration et la nationalit\u00e9, telle que modifi\u00e9e. Auparavant, le 21 mars 2013, le D\u00e9partement d’\u00c9tat a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 AAD comme un terroriste mondial sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 en vertu de l’Ordre ex\u00e9cutif 13224, tel que modifi\u00e9. En cons\u00e9quence, tous les biens d’AAD et les int\u00e9r\u00eats sur les biens soumis \u00e0 la juridiction des \u00c9tats-Unis sont bloqu\u00e9s, et il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement interdit aux ressortissants am\u00e9ricains d’effectuer des transactions avec AAD.
