R\u00e9compenses pour la Justice offre une r\u00e9compense allant jusqu’\u00e0 7 millions de dollars pour toute information sur Abu Ubaydah Yusuf al-Anabi, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom d’Abou Obeida Youssef al-Annabi et Yazid Mubarak. Al-Anabi est le chef de l’organisation terroriste Al-Qa\u00efda au Maghreb islamique (AQMI). L’AQMI a annonc\u00e9 qu’al-Anabi \u00e9tait le nouveau chef du groupe en novembre 2020. Al-Anabi a pr\u00eat\u00e9 all\u00e9geance au chef d’Al-Qa\u00efda (AQ) Ayman al-Zawahiri au nom d’AQMI et devrait jouer un r\u00f4le dans la gestion mondiale d’AQ.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Al-Anabi, de nationalit\u00e9 alg\u00e9rienne, \u00e9tait auparavant le chef du Conseil des notables d’AQMI et si\u00e9geait au Conseil de la Choura d’AQMI. Al-Anabi \u00e9tait auparavant le chef des m\u00e9dias d’AQMI.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Le 9 septembre 2015, le D\u00e9partement d’\u00c9tat des \u00c9tats-Unis a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 al-Anabi comme un Terroriste Mondial Sp\u00e9cialement D\u00e9sign\u00e9 en vertu de l’Ordre Ex\u00e9cutif 13224, tel qu’amend\u00e9. En raison de cette d\u00e9signation, entre autres cons\u00e9quences, tous les biens, et int\u00e9r\u00eats sur les biens, d’al-Anabi soumis \u00e0 la juridiction des \u00c9tats-Unis sont bloqu\u00e9s, et il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement interdit aux personnes am\u00e9ricaines d’effectuer des transactions avec al-Anabi. En outre, c’est un crime de fournir sciemment, ou de tenter ou conspirer pour fournir, un soutien mat\u00e9riel ou des ressources \u00e0 AQMI, une organisation terroriste \u00e9trang\u00e8re d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par les \u00c9tats-Unis.
