R\u00e9compenses pour la Justice offre une r\u00e9compense de jusqu’\u00e0 5 millions de dollars pour toute information sur les r\u00e9seaux d’enl\u00e8vement d’ISIS ou pour toute information permettant de localiser, r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer et restituer Maher Mahfouz, Michael Kayyal, Gregorios Ibrahim, Bolous Yazigi et Paolo Dall’Oglio.<\/p>\n\n
Le 9 f\u00e9vrier 2013, le pr\u00eatre grec-orthodoxe Maher Mahfouz et le pr\u00eatre catholique arm\u00e9nien Michael Kayyal se trouvaient dans un bus public se rendant dans un monast\u00e8re \u00e0 Kafrun, en Syrie. \u00c0 une trentaine de kilom\u00e8tres d’Alep, en Syrie, des extr\u00e9mistes pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s membres d’ISIS ont intercept\u00e9 le v\u00e9hicule, v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 les documents des passagers, puis fait sortir Mahfouz et Kayyal du bus. Depuis lors, on ne sait o\u00f9 ces derniers se trouvent et on n\u2019a aucune information les concernant.<\/p>\n\n
Le 22 avril 2013, l’archev\u00eaque syrien orthodoxe Gregorios Ibrahim s’est rendu d’Alep en Turquie pour chercher l’archev\u00eaque grec orthodoxe Bolous Yazigi. Lorsqu’ils ont atteint un poste de contr\u00f4le pr\u00e8s d’al-Mansoura, en Syrie, plusieurs hommes arm\u00e9s ont tendu une embuscade aux archev\u00eaques et se sont empar\u00e9s de leur v\u00e9hicule. Le chauffeur des religieux a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9 mort. Les archev\u00eaques auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9s par des personnes align\u00e9es au Front al-Nusra, un affili\u00e9 d’Al-Qa\u00efda ; cependant, les archev\u00eaques ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 ISIS.<\/p>\n\n
Le 29 juillet 2013, ISIS a enlev\u00e9 le pr\u00eatre j\u00e9suite italien Paolo Dall’Oglio \u00e0 Raqqah, en Syrie. Le p\u00e8re Dall’Oglio avait pr\u00e9vu de rencontrer ISIS pour demander la lib\u00e9ration de Mahfouz, Kayyal, Ibrahim et Yazigi.
