R\u00e9compenses pour la Justice offre une r\u00e9compense de jusqu’\u00e0 5 millions de dollars pour toute information sur l’attaque de 1999 contre des touristes dans le parc de Bwindi, en Ouganda.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Le 1er mars 1999, des membres de l’Arm\u00e9e de lib\u00e9ration du Rwanda (Liberation Army of Rwanda, ALIR) ont attaqu\u00e9 des touristes non arm\u00e9s et leurs guides dans le parc national imp\u00e9n\u00e9trable de Bwindi en Ouganda. Ce groupe de touristes a \u00e9t\u00e9 agress\u00e9, pris en otage et forc\u00e9 de marcher vers la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo. Un Ougandais, Paul Ross Wagaba, a \u00e9t\u00e9 br\u00fbl\u00e9 vif. Huit des victimes, dont les Am\u00e9ricains Susan Miller et Robert Haubner, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 battus \u00e0 mort.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
