Wali est le chef de Jamaat ul-Ahrar (JuA), une faction militante affili\u00e9e \u00e0 Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan (TTP), une organisation terroriste \u00e9trang\u00e8re d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par les \u00c9tats-Unis. Sous la direction de Wali, JuA a \u00e9t\u00e9 l’un des r\u00e9seaux du TTP les plus actifs sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel dans la province du Punjab, au Pakistan, et a revendiqu\u00e9 la responsabilit\u00e9 de multiples attentats dans tout le pays.<\/p>\n\n
Wali op\u00e9rait depuis les provinces afghanes de Nangarhar et de Kunar. Wali est n\u00e9 dans le Mohmand Agency ou l’Agence de Mohmand, au Pakistan.
