Le 10 septembre 2019, le D\u00e9partement d’\u00c9tat des \u00c9tats-Unis a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 HAD comme Terroriste Mondial Sp\u00e9cialement D\u00e9sign\u00e9 en vertu de l’Ordre Ex\u00e9cutif 13224, tel qu’ amend\u00e9.
