R\u00e9compenses pour la Justice offre une r\u00e9compense de jusqu’\u00e0 3 millions de dollars pour toute information sur Yasin Kilwe, un chef r\u00e9gional d’al-Shabaab, une organisation terroriste \u00e9trang\u00e8re ( Foreign Terrorist OrganizationFTO) d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par les \u00c9tats-Unis. \u00c9galement connu sous les noms de Yasin Usman Kilwe et Yasin Khalid Osman, Kilwe est l’\u00e9mir d’al-Shabaab pour le Puntland, dans le nord de la Somalie, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9 de planifier des attentats visant des officiels du Puntland. <\/p>\n\n
Avant de rejoindre al-Shabaab, Kilwe \u00e9tait le dirigeant d’une milice locale dans les collines de Galgala, dans le nord de la Somalie. La milice aurait saisi des territoires dans les collines et lanc\u00e9 une attaque meurtri\u00e8re contre une base militaire locale.<\/p>\n\n
En 2012, la milice de Kilwe a officiellement rejoint Al-Shabaab, qui a jur\u00e9 fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 \u00e0 Al-Qa\u00efda (AQ) le m\u00eame mois.
