R\u00e9compenses pour la Justice offre une r\u00e9compense de jusqu’\u00e0 3 millions de dollars pour toute information sur Duran Kalkan, un haut dirigeant du Parti des travailleurs du Kurdistan (PKK), \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de Kongra-Gel. Le PKK est une Organisation Terroriste Etrang\u00e8re ou Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par les Etats-Unis. Kalkan est membre du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif du PKK et a \u00e9t\u00e9 responsable d’une attaque qui a tu\u00e9 sept soldats turcs en d\u00e9cembre 2009.<\/p>\n\n
