Walid Mohammed Mustafa Jadallah est un ressortissant jordanien, op\u00e9rationnel du Hamas et membre du r\u00e9seau d\u2019investissement du Hamas. Bas\u00e9 en Turquie, il si\u00e8ge au conseil d\u2019administration de plusieurs soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de portefeuille d\u2019investissement du Hamas.<\/p>\n\n
Le 18 octobre 2023, le D\u00e9partement du Tr\u00e9sor am\u00e9ricain a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Jadallah comme terroriste mondial sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 (SDGT) en vertu du d\u00e9cret 13224, tel que modifi\u00e9. Cette d\u00e9signation bloque les avoirs des personnes physiques ou morales \u00e9trang\u00e8res qui commettent, ou pr\u00e9sentent un risque important de commettre des actes de terrorisme.
