Ibrahim Aqil, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de Tahsin, fait partie de la plus haute instance militaire du Hezbollah, le Conseil du Jihad.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Au cours des ann\u00e9es 1980, Aqil \u00e9tait l’un des principaux membres de l’Organisation du Jihad Islamique – la cellule terroriste du Hezbollah – qui a revendiqu\u00e9 les attentats \u00e0 la bombe contre l’ambassade des \u00c9tats-Unis \u00e0 Beyrouth en avril 1983, qui a tu\u00e9 63 personnes, et celui contre la caserne des Marines am\u00e9ricains en octobre 1983, qui a tu\u00e9 241 personnels militaires am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, Aqil a dirig\u00e9 la prise d’otages am\u00e9ricains et allemands au Liban et les y a d\u00e9tenus.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Le 21 juillet 2015, le d\u00e9partement am\u00e9ricain du Tr\u00e9sor a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Aqil conform\u00e9ment au d\u00e9cret 13582 pour avoir agi pour ou au nom du Hezbollah.
