R\u00e9compenses pour la Justice offre une r\u00e9compense de jusqu’\u00e0 10 millions de dollars pour toute information menant \u00e0 la perturbation des m\u00e9canismes financiers du Hezbollah. Hasib Muhammad Hadwan, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de Hajj Zayn, est un haut cadre du Secr\u00e9tariat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Hezbollah. Il est subordonn\u00e9 \u00e0 Hasan Nasrallah, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Hezbollah, et est charg\u00e9 de collecter des fonds aupr\u00e8s de donateurs et d’hommes d’affaires en dehors du Liban. Dans le cadre de leurs fonctions et responsabilit\u00e9s au sein du Hezbollah, Hadwan et son chef de bureau, Ali al-Sha’ir, utilisent le syst\u00e8me financier international pour transf\u00e9rer de l’argent au Liban, tout en dissimulant le v\u00e9ritable objectif de la collecte de fonds, qui est de financer l’activit\u00e9 de l’organisation terroriste. <\/p>\n\n
Le 17 septembre 2021, le d\u00e9partement du Tr\u00e9sor des \u00c9tats-Unis a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Hadwan comme un Terroriste Mondial Sp\u00e9cialement D\u00e9sign\u00e9 (Specially Designated Global Terrorist), conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l’Ordre Ex\u00e9cutif 13224, tel qu\u2019amend\u00e9. En raison de cette d\u00e9signation, entre autres cons\u00e9quences, tous les biens et int\u00e9r\u00eats sur les biens d’Hadwan soumis \u00e0 la juridiction des \u00c9tats-Unis sont bloqu\u00e9s, et il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement interdit aux personnes am\u00e9ricaines d’effectuer des transactions avec Hadwan.
