Ibrahim Ousmane es un comandante de ISIS-Gran Sahara (ISIS-GS).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
El 4 de octubre de 2017, cerca de la aldea de Tongo, N\u00edger, militantes vinculados a ISIS-GS atacaron a los miembros de un equipo de las fuerzas especiales estadounidenses encargado de entrenar, asesorar y asistir a las fuerzas nigerinas en la lucha contra el terrorismo. El ataque result\u00f3 en la muerte de cuatro soldados estadounidenses y cuatro nigerinos. Otros dos estadounidenses y ocho nigerinos resultaron heridos en el encuentro.
