Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information on the 2003 bombing of a U.S. diplomatic convoy in Beit Hanoun in the Gaza Strip. On October 15, 2003, a vehicle carrying four U.S. security personnel was attacked by a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device, which killed three of the individuals and seriously injured the fourth. The victims were providing security to representatives from the Office of the U.S. Middle East Envoy who were en route to Gaza to interview Palestinian student applicants for a Fulbright scholarship.
